IRPT's AA Panel er en del av lekmannsgruppen. En av oppgavene til panelet er å etterforske sammenhengen mellom AA opplevelser og militærindustriens utvikling av kunstig intelligens.
Kunstig intelligens i direkte interaksjon med den menneskelige hjerne er blitt et av industriens største satsningsområder. Vi mener at AA eksperimentet var med på å danne grunnlaget for den videre forskningen innen dette området.
Panelet skal også rette søkelyset mot brudd på menneskerettigheter og de fysiske og psykiske virkningene hos personer utsatt for klassifisert forskning.
IRPT's mål er å innhente nok informasjon til en offisiell rapport.

16.12.2008 "There is an ongoing debate whether alien abduction is a military experiment or not. Listening to the stories of victims of alien abduction, there is no doubt that their experiences coincides with electromagnetic experiments conducted by the military, resulting in specific symptoms typical of electromagnetic stimulation of the brain. It´s about time that alien abduction officially is listed as yet another government and military experiment"
This standpoint does not exclude the possibility for the existence of extraterrestrial life.

The AA Panel is a laymen´s group investigating the connection between the experience of alien abduction and the military industries development of Direct Human Brain - AI- Interface System technologies.
An alarming new trend
29.03.2010 "Some targeted individuals claim that alien abduction is a military experiment. Other victims are convinced that their experiences are real and that they are in fact being abducted by extraterrestrial lifeforms. Reports given to us from targeted individuals also show an alarming new trend where the alien abduction experience transforms into a more advanced form of interaction with an artificial intelligence. People interviewed who have had no experience of AA tells about the same type of interaction with an AI as the AA-victims."
