Antigravity - Buffer Zone "Aerodynamics"

Modifying the gravitational field with electrogravitics, a continuous streamline pattern (buffer zone [1]) is obtained at supersonic speeds, even with a smooth airfoil design. Thus, the approach flow is seemingly able to sense instantaneously the oncoming craft.

The high stagnation-pressure losses in the bow shock wave at supersonic speed is one important reason, among several others [2], to employ the more efficient electrogravitics or antigravity operable propulsive systems. With electrogravitics or antigravity repulsive force field no energy is dissipated as shock or sound wave [3]. The uniform flow forms a stream surface with a geometric pattern approximating the shape of the craft [4].

According to conventional aerodynamic theory, a moving craft will cause pressure waves to propagate through the surrounding fluid at the local speed of sound. The zone of influence is by definition the speed variable zone where the approach flow is aware of the presence of the craft. At supersonic speed, shock waves form where the local pressure, velocity and entropy abruptly change. Behind the shock wave, the craft resumes direct influence upon the ambient flow.

With antigravity; a negative energy (local spacetime curvature) EM field accelerates the craft. A continuous streamline pattern, without bow or trailing shockwaves, is created instantaneously around the craft. The information to "flow around the craft without air compression or expansion" arises from the force field lightspeed impulses in 4-space [5]. In this constant-pressure subsonic laminar flow, the random molecular motion is minimal. There are no separated flow regions or stalling of the air. No drag force is acting on the craft, inasmuch as all pressure coefficients are in sync with the shape of surface.

It may now be understood why, on the outskirts of the buffer zone, some speedier molecular motion necessarily may drift into the slower region of flow. In this subsonic diffusion zone there is an effect of kinetic energy storage where supersonic flow enters smoothly. Through the pressure signalizing system the energy is diverted back on schedule to the initial flow pattern. The ramification is a "buffer zone" which we observe macroscopically as a well-ordered laminar flow region around the craft.

[1] Not to be mistaken with the buffer layer, a region found within a turbulent boundary layer (see boundary layer theory). Antigravity, ignored by the mislead scientific community. Revolutionary propulsion technologies have long been the focus of a super secret well-conceived scientific effort.

[3] A rounded leading edge on conventional aircrafts induces a detached shock. The shape of the wave and the shock-detachment distance are dependent on the Mach number and aircraft profile.

[4] To encourage laminar flow (less drag) the common practice is to shape the airfoil with a concave lower surface at the trailing edge and a convex upper surface with a large lift region of supersonic flow.

[5] A local spacetime/gravitational field is surrounding the craft. 4-space: length cubed multiplied by time. Distinct from the mental picture of a merging of space and time. With a curved spacetime the 3-space energy symmetry is dismissed. Einstein made allowance for the attraction of mass only. He did not firmly adhere to the linking of electromagnetism and gravitation when considering the distortion of the local spacetime metric.

The Mind Control Dividend

The NSA's and DIA's mind control vs ISR [1] subsidy disputes marks an important point in the battle over the Pentagon support to surveillance satellites hardware/software matters. The NSA's ruling has been available only to the involved parties, so most of what has been said officially about the budget has been cast to fit agendas of those with a stake in the black budget. The specifics lies not in the known budget but in how the Pentagon ruling will focus on larger mind control issues.

Nothing has been said on the complaints about these 'mind-bending' technologies prospering under Pentagon. Address an issue of critical importance to the R&D funding and the Pentagon will bluntly appeal to the advantage of minimal interference from the government. Within months, NSA and DIA could easily see the favor returned with a negative approval by the full committee, as well as the House and Senate. That both NSA and DIA will appeal is all but certain, so final determinations of the cases are unlikely for years to come. Meanwhile the projects rolls on. Thus, the Pentagon continues to sort out the global order of the control-system technologies they want to establish.

This is not going to be easy since the black world's markets and politics, rules and regulations vary around the globe. A one-size-fits-all approach would be doomed to rejection. All mind control upstart where a foreign liaison regime lacks a clear path to the extent that it helps lock in the monopoly of the U.S., will result in a more steadfast deep black foothold. The mindset here is to follow a program development and subsequent operating/logistics costs that is not trumped by foreign contractor workshare.

When technology and capability change every 6 months and it takes a year to write a specification the overall project time stretch way out. The Skunk Works approach, means cutting the bureaucracy of the design, development and procurement processes - no project should take longer than three years. By almost any measure, the mind control program development is one of the largest, most technically complex, expensive and demanding military program in the U.S. history.

The term "temporal lobe lability" is typically used in a vulnerability program when firing the neurons.

High lability, i.e. frequent electrical burst in the temporal lobes. Usually associated with a loss-of-function critical component for a S (Safety vs K/Kill) level attrition because he/she is an essential contributor to control.

Personality A - artistic, judgemental, anxious, etc.

The cascading mode converter is another component which is providing an essential function or a backup contribution to:

- Out-of-the-body experiences
- Déjà vu
- Migraine (headaches)
- Temporal lobe epilepsy
- Lack of oxygen (brain)
- etc.

Trying to sort out the psychological effects when letting people know that there is an experiment going on complicates the procedure. The consequences of each S level attrition include when sorting out, as a minimum, a failure mode. The very end effect of a failure mode is a K level attrition kill of the human subjects.

Consciousness is a space (math). We use metaphors such as "shallow mind", "holding on to a solution", etc. Still, consciousness does not have a location. Nothingness is the heart of consciousness. Thus, false memories equal to true memories, i.e. all memories are false.

 

In the functional S level attrition we approach the assumed failure at a low level and proceed upward. Firing the neurons is typically dispensed under the control of a programmer unit according to the settings on a control panel. Breaking in the system with a warning receiver for a lock-on of the human subjects the end result is very variable. In a predeployed saturation mode or a mutual support mode with the human subject it is possible with an optimum/unperturbed refractive index to distort perceptions, paralyze, decrease competence, etc. or heighten perceptions, give energy to perform beyond normal capacities.

Overhead surveillance satellites are "the manipulation plantforms" (jargon) for any one scan or several scans on the human subjects. Lock-on of the human subject is referred to as a slow fluctuation. This category is operational only with a vulnerability assessment of the subject.

The determination of subjects reaction linearities and controllability can be a complex and time-comsuming task. With a step-by-step procedure many simplification and assumptions are made. It is more important than ever to be able to "communicate" in real time. The question has always been how to do it seamlessly.

Modern mind control have intelligent third parties (e.g. AI.) operating, so the programmer unit may not achieve real insight on the lock-on human subject (false situational awareness). Electronic sensors, microprocessors filter data, execute their programming and send discrete signals. Display systems glean and interpret data from a bus, providing indications along with visual and aural warning to the operator team. A failure in any portion of the loop or its programming causes incomplete information. DoD Mission Need Statement (MNS) is a brief, nonsystem specific statement that do lend itself to critical system characteristics. It identifies fundamental to corrective action in recognition of the problem. Studies are being conducted to enhance the procedures used by operators and manufacturers to provide realtime malfunction analysis and data correlation for the detection of impending failure in intelligent mind control systems.

NSA officials are drafting road maps to accelerate upgrades and restructure modernization plans for the overworked surveillance satellites. The list of programs headed for a makeover is long. Streamlining is being recommended for the cross-collection capabilities of mind control data. The application of a signal generator to generate an excitation function is primarily of interest in the analysis of the very accurate signal plots from the digital point position database. This database has improved dramatically during the years in order to handle the flow of time-critical data. The nature of this "service" will always exploit the potential of what can be gleaned. However, government officials will have to contend with firewalls that bar them from carte blanche to mind control intelligence community reports.

The computer programs and models developed by NSA and tie-in agencies are no endgames programs. Still, the protocols allow intelligence and law enforcement groups, with an elevated secret clearance, to exchange the necessary information. As a result the capabilities are there to share information, influence the subjects and track anybody movements anywhere in the world. System integration will increase because the effects produced when firing the neurons, recorded on a surveillance scope and a range scope are not constant values with time. The combination of the diverse element of perception in a personality are more or less definite portion of time belonging to particular events or circumstances. For self-protection of the subjects, in a predeployed saturation mode, the electrical burst must bloom very rapidly enabling the scope to record multiple subjects in the same range bin. For a good location the saturation mode should remain aloft, with lock-on corridors of the subjects. Skilled operators normally work with one dominant lock-on and a number of "smaller" lock-ons. The tracking system applies mathematical filters to the measured data to obtain a better estimate of each individual subject. This information can be transplanted into another subject who will take on new memories and new personality.

Perceptibility reduction can manipulate the subject's ability to detect the neuron interference. The true measure of vulnerability is synonymous with isolating the one subject on many scenarios and low observables.

There is a positive correlation between IQ scores and neural speed. But nothing can be seen or concluded after a single nightwatch at the scopes because the brain produces too much background noise. Typically, during a nightwatch session of the subconscious, impulses zip along where any variation in its performance, basic speed or efficiency is also linked to nerve conduction speed, thickness of fatty insulation and its size.

Enhancements correlates newfound perceptible efficiencies and reliable connectivity to different parts of the brain related to the meaning and significance of the sensory information. The task, therefore, is not just looking to facilitate the information exchange, but also increasing the brain's potential. Stimulating new neural networks is vital to induce spirals of capability.

The after-effects of enhancement are consequential. The human subject will savor the exhilaration of just being alive and kicking. With liberating sidetracks enticing the unconscious transfer of one's own impressions of being improved. In the background of consciousness lingers the recognition of a mental and verbalizable process with a physical sensation. Full enhancement would include the subject's ability to tolerate the prolonged and cumulative effects of stimuli produced and perceived in the brain. In a predeployed saturation mode the brain is able to put up the shutters in case of default. The mutual support mode would include full acceptance of being pushed into the world of intellect not clearly perceived. The subject would sense the inner readjustment consolidating such acceptance. Heightened consciousness arising from mind control is an end in itself without intermediaries. Colors is a medium of man through which impressions are conveyed, but often the subjects are on the open-sea with regards to accurate translations. Being delineated accurately and present in an erect attitude of attention may speed up the cohesiveness and depth of the experience.

In approaching the final step of a transfer function, for a selected neural network, it is necessary to preserve the signal-flow constraints on adjacent networks. All physical signals are contaminated by small random variations arising from a variety of causes. Transportation of charged particles which moves randomly through neural conductors is one of the contributing factors. Noise signals are unavoidable, but they can be held within tolerable limits. They become a serious problem, however, when they are introduced into a high-gain amplifier along with the desired signal.

In the case of a predeployed saturation mode which responds to rate of change rather than amplitude, the presence of impulselike noise signals may drive the amplifier into overload. Even at best, the noise content of the signal is greatly accentuated. Integration tends to smooth the irregularities of a signal waveform, whereas differentiation tends to accentuate them. This is a situation requiring ingenuity. Lock-on programs are formulated in such a way that integration is substituted if at all feasible. The approach to lock-ons of human subjects should be one of meeting challenges artfully and cleverly or awkwardly and unthinkingly. The idea that it should be possible to use a common integrator for both the input and output signal component on neural networks is very important. Each neuron integrator is driven by the difference of input and output signals, and therfore the risk of overload is effectively reduced.

There are extremely useful techniques for obtaining a predeployed saturation mode, almost regardless of the complexity of the sensory information. These techniques affords the programmer unit a means for quickly checking the subjects at any stage of formulation or transformation. If the transfer function fails to remain invariant, it is immediately apparent to the programmer unit that a mistake has been made.

The problems associated with the development of automatic feedback cut across many areas of the mind control-system. It has proved to be elusive and difficult to supervise the quality of performance and to generate signals for supervisory control. However, considerable knowledge, both theoretical and pragmatic has been established with the technical feasibility. The signal flow concept can be applied as an aid to revealing the essence of a specific feedback problem and separating this from other complicating details tending to obscure. For a given "communication" in real time the control system engineer is faced with problems that must first be formulated in mathematical terms. I.e. the relevant characteristics of physical signals in terms of mathematical relations that are sufficiently simple to be convenient and sufficiently complicated to be realistic. Mind control technology has succeeded in establishing and describing relevant neuron interference related to the decomposition of signals. In a differentiating network the need for data processing arises with the need to predict the value of a signal. In a fire-control (lock-on) computer the analysis becomes complex with non-linear derivates and exponential driving signals. Before considering a vulnerability assessment of the human subjects driven by "an external source of excitation", the system engineers first turn their attention to the subjects that are undriven. Nevertheless, the latter are not in a state of rest, but in the course of responding to the energy stored in the lock-ons prior to the initial instant at which patterns of transmittance are formulated. Actually, it is only necessary to specify the vulnerability at any one instant of time. It turns out to be extremely difficult to handle the specification of initial vulnerability condition at other than t=0 versus prior to t=0. A complete specification of the neuron transmittance also has to include the statement of the appropriate initial conditions and then extend to higher-order sensory information.

We know that the transmittance of a sequence of tandem neural branches is the product of the individual branch transmittances. We know further that transmittance of a configuration of parallel neural paths is the sum of transmittance of the separate paths. We apply a signal, and it flows through the forward path, delivering to neural node the signal. Therefore from this point of view, the closed neural loop generates infinite power series. This is about as far we can go in applying the formulated patterns of the transmittance of different neural paths from a specified sensory information, where no neural node are encountered more than once.

The control-system technology is intimately related to signal paths and feedback loops. Not only in connection with the sensory information to highly complex neural networks, but more importantly, as a broad and advanced analytical tool which is an unbeatable aid to gaining insight into human behaviourism.

Undercover hierarchical and bureaucratic engineering organizations gave soon way to the best concept yet! Lockheed "Skunk Works" Kelly Johnson's strong, but small integrated engineering teams. Teamwork at its best!

Ready for any challenge I was soon dealing with structural finite element discretization methods and up to the frontiers of plasticity, large deformation (non-linearities/plasticity) engineering science problems.

Concurrent engineering was justified and one of a long series of successful effort to harness the collected knowledge of the other team members. Man's consciousness and his social environment was and still is an essential toolkit. The common basis required to achieve directness and unity, engineering elegance beyond the usual, was provided by the U.S. Department, Air Force Institute of Technology or Joint Technical Coordinating Groups.

Vigorously grown modular subroutines on efficiency have lately materialized in aeronautics and astronautics, with extensions to a variety of defense engineering science fields. On future global engineering coalitions I would recommend bringing the design team closer to the customer.

Nobody has determined where to land such a monster, which will permit a realistic solution of most extremely complex engineering situations. Within my own engineering circles we have cleared away most of the repugnance. In fact, there is now an increasing sense of duty to look after the common good as well as ourselves. This is a mighty advance and it is true.

Man's death is a common property as well as the common fact of life. Moving outward from the usual perimeter of the mighty U.S. arsenal, throughout my academic career I've struggled with minds that understand the smallest part of what they see. The prophecy of courage will surely loop backwards on us. But bravery goes underground and new more streamlined plots for peace will rise to the surface.

Prepare to be blown away by the development work on the pulse-detonation engines (PDE). PDEs is a revolutionary propulsion concept. The configuration arrangement consists of a pulse-detonation combustor (PDC) integrated into a gas turbine engine. The thermodynamically more efficient PDEs rely on a pressure rise from a supersonic, shock-induced combustion wave. In a conventional combustor the flame speed is 15-80 fps versus PDEs around 6000 fps. The fuel used for these technology demonstrators vary from hexane, ethylene, JP and diesel. Mil-specs demonstrate 12 % efficiency improvement that would yield further efficiencies in carbon dioxide reduction. If the straight swap-out model of conversion is feasible, it might solve the defense needs. When PDEs pass through the developing process, steps will be taken to provide for peacetime production. General Electric is seeking involvement in several NASA research, or U.S. Defense Dept. research programs.

When I first joined a technical coordinating group, I knew that as an experienced engineering professional, with an elevated secret clearance, I would never rise to the position of Chief of Staff. But I also knew that numerous positions were available that demanded dedicated professionals to sustain the development of new ISR technologies. That is, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance as a requisite of national security and international amity. One important piece of the ISR Rosetta stone is the company called E-Systems. An Industrial Associate of the U.S. Air Force Association. Another pièce de résistance is the 3rd Space Experimental Squadron under the Space Innovation and Development Center. This is a classified effort to develop autonomous surveillance and under one umbrella targeting capability. Currently, ISR is recapitalizing its technologies. Spacecrafts or high-altitude platforms that do surveillance are expanding their role in assisting civilian communities (hurricane relief, tornado warning etc.) The goal is global communication with reference to a sophisticated database that allows near-real-time prediction of target location and wartime attack assessment. My own technical coordinating group has incrementally developed a high-temperature superconductivity. Our superconductors have generated new opportunities for reduced power requirements and volume aboard platforms and spacecrafts. Furthermore, induced less lift for launching surveillance satellites.

Still, I find it difficult to find a way round good defense against wrongdoing. As The Bomber Roadmap states, "The art of inflicting operational paralysis depends on hitting a precise selection of the enemy's most valuable targets in a short span of time." But the time-dimension is still lingering at the back of one's mind. The silver streak of a falling nuclear bomb - God forbid! We are done with life! No wonder it's a tall order the emergence of enhanced communications. We must add information that puts the message into perspective. More accountability at the personal level for solving problems that impede our future.

Skills, knowledge and functional capabilities within an engineering team should never be treated as a market-driven commodity. Classified engineering nowadays is an extremely complex endeavor.
